  Director

  John has 20 years’ experience as a technical engineering consultant providing a consultative approach, recruiting technical professionals for clients/teams in the automotive industry, including but not limited to, Electrical, Mechanical, Powertrain, EV & Battery.
  
  Having formerly been a founder member of a very successful recruitment business he is continuing to combine recruitment with business development, management and operations in a Director role to provide a high quality service to all parties involved.

• Dan Cradock

  Director

  Dan has over 20 years’ experience in technical engineering recruitment and his skills range from day-to-day recruitment, through to management and operations.
  
  Having previously being a founding member of a past and very successful recruitment business, he has a strong understanding of what it takes to offer a first class and high quality service in this sector.
  
  He has a keen eye for detail and places high value in building and maintaining strong business relationships.

  Senior Recruiter

  Dan has been working as a specialist recruitment consultant within Automotive & Engineering for past 9 years, covering the full 360 cycle.
  
  Having supported some of the leading OEMs & suppliers across the UK, Dan has an excellent understanding of the industry and its technical nuances.

• Owen Kilmurray

  Senior Recruiter

  Owen has been working in the technical recruitment sector for over 10 years, mostly within the automotive engineering industry. He has extensive skills and experience in the 360 recruitment process from sourcing to candidate management to account management and beyond.
  
  He prides himself on being able to understand both candidate and client needs in detail and being able to provide a high standard, personable and professional service.

• Gemma Kilmurray

  Office Administrator

  Gemma joined the Emotiv team in December 2022 as a part time Administrator. She assists with the financial matters of the business such as billing, accounts payable and payroll and provides administrative support.
  
  Gemma approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. She brings with her an extensive background in Administration as well as running her own small business.
