This includes developing and implementing system and component strategies, developing detailed designs and delivering Engineering sign-off against customer requirements. Within VFG the Bush Team have responsibility for target concurrence, design, development & Release of; Suspension - Elastomer and hydraulic - bushes Subframe to body - elastomer and hydraulic - bushes Bushes have significant contribution to the overall vehicle attribute performance particularly refinement and vehicle dynamics, as well as quality in terms of error state avoidance and component reliability. Delivery of these components and systems is an essential element in delivering successful and profitable programmes.

Job Title: Human Factors Engineer - 36052374 Location: Warwick Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Factors Researcher to join the Human Sciences team. The team is made up of Human factors researchers, psychologists and cognitive neuroscientists. This role exists to create human centred user experience design for future products. This centres around the conception and design of user interface systems for the vehicle (including but not limited to, centre screen, voice, passenger entertainment and control screens, and any other appropriate interaction method).

Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Specialist - 36037672 Location: Coventry Duties: The PVO team, in which the Engineering Parts Logistics team are based, are a critical area within Product Engineering (PE) with an important role in the creation of prototype vehicles. Working under the Product Engineering Operations (PEO) function, we are directly responsible for all prototype vehicle build Preparation. Often seen as a key interface between Vehicle Programme, Vehicle Engineering & Manufacturing teams, PVO work to create a strategy for successful prototype builds and we are currently in an exciting period due to an expansion of the product portfolio. The main purpose of this role will be to support pre-production builds by obtaining and maintaining delivery promises from external supplier.

Job Title: Cabin Component Development Engineer - 36038294 Location: Warwickshire Maternity Cover Duties: The purpose of this role is to design, develop, validate and introduce Cabin components into vehicle programmes. Cabin component commodities are pre-dominantly 'Make to Print' enabling full responsibility of the development process to be managed. The role requires the individual to: Have a good understanding of the full product development life cycle. Manage the component delivery plan to quality, cost and time.
