The team support each Engineering area (Tech centres). Engineering Release Specialists are responsible for specific areas of the vehicle. They have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of which parts/commodities are fitted to which specifications of vehicles and for which markets, and will very often provide coaching and support to the Engineering areas on how best to construct a BoM to support downstream consumption.

Instrument Panel & Console Project Lead - 35941958 Warwickshire Duties: The Body Test Operations (BTO) team is responsible for planning and managing physical prototype test properties that support the development and approval of body components for business programmes. These properties, often referred to as 'rigs', typically consist of a painted body shell equipped only with the parts necessary for a specific test, rather than a fully assembled vehicle, and a number of supporting 'kits' of parts. For some of the new models currently in development we're also planning, building and managing a large number of Instrument Panels & Floor Consoles (IP&Cs) assemblies to support development and sign-off testing. You will be leading the activities relating to these IP&C properties.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for the operation of the environmental chassis emissions dyno and the necessary physical activity of pre-check and preparation of vehicle for test, emission test benches, test reporting, including but not limited to the installation and instrumentation of the unit under test. We will be working collaboratively and in conjunction with the laboratory customers. Dependant of customer you may be required to report and provide explanation of the resulting test data.
