Position Description:
This role will support the roll out and continued delivery of the new Issue Management toolset across the entire user base. Typically, this will involve the planning, co-ordination and implementation of specific workstreams within the project remit ensuring all is communicated effectively to the user base.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of workstreams within the project based on highest priority needs
  • Working with key stakeholders and userbase feedback requests to make impactful toolset updates
  • Act as a key support contact for the entire user base to direct or solve any issues they may have
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external users to develop and maintain communication strategies to both key stakeholders and wider user base
  • Create, deploy and maintain process documents based on new toolsets and agile methodology
  • Use lean project management principles in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Transition from legacy issue management system and processes for all Programmes and relevant users
  • Toolset continual updates to improve the user experience and maintain compliance with managing corporate documents procedures
  • Maintain stakeholder input and sign off to all project activities
Skills Required:
  • Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Good communication skills to be able to update the business on the current project position
  • Experience in managing priorities on multiple request sources
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with track record of delivery
  • Good communication skills to be able to update the business on the current project position
  • Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience in managing priorities on multiple request sources
  • Risk management with the ability to put in place the required interventions as and when required
  • The ability to identify issues quickly and drive to resolution
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience of project delivery in an Agile methodology, tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of the Jira toolset
  • Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
