Position Description:
- Own the release meetings (with programme support) and schedule release meetings to support BoM deadlines.
- Concern, PACN and iCREATE corrections, completions and cancellations, and ownership of cross-carline concerns/ PST / LMM / LMLR
- Release metrics preparation (can present at PST / LMM).
- Release Tracker maintenance and Night letter issue, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Celonis roll-out to be the single source of the truth to drive release meetings (non-DPP).
- Ageing task status update (Finance, MP&L, Manufacturing etc).
- PACN, WERS Concern and iCREATE ageing Scorecard metric maintenance.
- PFEP tracker maintenance - concern loading and OK / NOK checks - co-ordinate resolutions for failures.
- Significant experience of Project / Change Management in a major multi-year complex cross-functional programme.
- Working knowledge of WERS / iCREATE.
- Evidence of Leadership skills and ability to drive success from ambiguity.
- Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
- Working knowledge of PACN's and iCREATE
- Qualified experience of Macro coding, Exalead, Elastic
- Qualified experience of Excel
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven process improvement knowledge (SIPPE, 8D, PR-AIMS etc)
- An individual with the ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style
- An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
