You'll be the key player in supporting and managing live projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be involved in everything from bespoke and export projects to exciting 'specials,' all while engaging with customers, site contractors, and internal teams. | ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSBILITIES | ||
| Project Leadership: Ensure that all allocated projects are managed effectively, following agreed processes and deadlines, while meeting customer expectations. Site Support: Lead subcontract installation teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and that all relevant documents (such as RAMs) are in place. Customer Relations: Be the go-to expert for customers, providing technical advice and solutions. Build strong relationships with customers and other construction professionals, ensuring accurate specifications and requirements are met. Quote Generation: Quickly and efficiently respond to client inquiries, generating quotes based on tender documents. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to address project issues, suggesting process improvements when needed. Collaborate with the drawing office to ensure designs meet project requirements. Risk Management: Ensure projects proceed without unnecessary risk and liability, maintaining high standards of quality. On-the-Go: Travel within the UK as needed, representing Brett Martin on-site and assisting with surveys and product advice. Other Duties: Assist the Senior Project Manager with any ad-hoc tasks that support the smooth running of projects. |

| KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/CAPABILITIES |

| Essential | Tech-Savvy: Comfortably read and interpret CAD drawings, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Customer Focused: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently. Project Management: Previous experience managing or assisting in the management of projects, particularly in a customer-facing role. Construction Experience: Hands-on experience working on live construction sites, with knowledge of roofing systems. Adaptability: Flexible, solution-focused, and driven to meet team goals and deadlines. UK Driving License: Full and valid, with willingness to travel across the UK (including occasional overnight stays). |

| Desirable | CAD Experience: Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD and the ability to produce basic construction drawings. Technical Experience: Background in technical customer-facing roles or roofing systems. Certifications: SMTS/CSCS qualifications, or a construction-related degree. |
